Serengeti national park is the second largest national park in Tanzania with 14,763 km2. It is home to over 2 million different animal species. This is where the great migration happens, a very large herd of wildebeests crossing from Serengeti national park in Tanzania to Maasai Mara in Kenya across the Mara River.

Being in Serengeti will give you a glimpse of several animals including the big five such as Lions, elephants, leopards, black rhino and buffalo, other animals include wildebeests, zebras, cheetahs and hundreds of bird species.
